When I'm feeling weary after a long day at work, tell me–what's better than twirling my fork around long strands of al dente spaghetti that's been coated in a silky, yolky carbonara sauce, punctuated with salty bits of pancetta, and laced with thin slivers of scallions? This beautiful Mario Batali creation is a no-brainer at $10. It's the only pasta dish I'll order there. I have yet to find a better carbonara elsewhere in the city.
