Papadum with Tomato Chutney

I love grabbing a drink at Spice Market because of their complimentary papadum with tomato chutney, or, as I like to call it: "the chips and salsa of India." It's such a light and addictive snack that I can breeze through two refills without even realizing it. Papadum is made from chickpea or lentil flour, which gives it this nutty, almost burnt flavor. I don't know why they're usually referred to as a thin cracker or flatbread. They're definitely more like chips than anything else!
