How to Bake a Potato

One of the easiest side dishes of all time: a baked potato. I used a sweet potato here. What most people don't realize is that wrapping it in foil is totally unnecessary. The trick is to rub the whole potato with olive oil and stick it in an oven that has been preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake it for about 45 minutes. The skin will puff up and get crispy while the inside turns nice and fluffy. My boyfriend asked me: "How did you get it like this? It's so good! The inside is like mashed potatoes!" Really, all I did was throw it into the oven!
